Jobs and Careers

Careers & Community Event
On October 19, the Los Angeles Football Club hosted the second annual Careers & Community presented by LADWP at the Banc of California Stadium. Representatives from LAFC, LADWP and the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI) participated in the event to discuss sustainability, jobs in the green economy and our shared commitment to creating opportunities to help uplift Angelenos.
Management Analyst Ardy Rezamand kicked off the event with an overview of the City’s hiring process and information on how to apply to for LADWP jobs. His presentation was followed by a panel discussion covering jobs in the green economy, career insights and current industry trends in sustainability and diversity, equity and inclusion. LADWP Assistant Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer Andrew Kwok and Senior Utility Services Specialist Jazmine Sunico joined LAFC and LACI on the panel to share their personal career paths, and elaborate on their roles in promoting sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion among our workforce, customers and local community.
